DRAB CULTURE WEBSITE
As one of the hosts of Drabculture.com, I took on the responsibility of designing and developing the entire website, including the logo and podcast episodes. Collaborating with Sarah, my co-host from the US, we sought to create a platform that offers unique perspectives on cross-cultural communication. Drawing from our personal experiences and viewpoints, we aimed to delve into the roots of Indian and American cultures, sharing insights and stories that reflect the challenges and rewards of bridging the cultural gap.
Design
The design of Drabculture.com was a creative endeavor that sought to capture the essence of the cross-cultural theme. To achieve this, for the website, I embraced a visually striking approach by utilizing a dark color scheme dominated by shades of red and different hues of black. This choice aimed to create an immersive and engaging atmosphere for visitors, encouraging them to explore the platform's content. The white text provided a sharp contrast against the dark background, ensuring legibility and easy readability.
